At Way Past Perfect!, we're committed to your satisfaction. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at lamont@bizamatics.com or start a return request through your account at https://shopify.com/97864024137/account. You then have 14 days from the date of your notice to return the item(s). We will issue a full refund — including standard outbound shipping costs — within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment, whichever comes first. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened personal care or hygiene products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Return Window (All Customers): Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We'll offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and issued to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellation may not be possible. EU customers may also exercise their right of withdrawal as described above.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or failure to receive a package due to customer unavailability.
